Are you changing the hours?

Yes, but this change will not occur until Oct. 1. At that time we will change hours to 8:00am – 8:00pm weekdays and 8:00am – 5:00pm weekends.

Are the medical providers and other staff the same?


Do you still have my patient records from past visits?

Yes. If you have been seen at a NorthCrest Urgent Care clinic, CareNow® providers will be able to access your medical history.

Can you send my primary care physician information about my clinic visits?


Are your services changing?

We offer the same urgent care services for minor injuries and illness as well as occupational medicine services for businesses – from employment screenings to treatment of on-the-job injuries.

Do you still take my insurance?

We accept most insurance plans, but please go to CareNow's insurance page for the most updated list or call your clinic directly.

Can I check-in online?

Yes. All clinics will now offer Web Check-In so you can wait from home or work.

Can I just walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome and patients can save time by using Web Check-In to wait from home or until it’s time to see a provider. Patients can also complete all registration information electronically at home to save time at the clinic.

Where do I go to pay my bill?

  • If your visit occurred after September 1, 2021 visit CareNow's bill page pay.
  • If your visit occurred before September 1, 2021, please call (801) 987-8724 between the hours of 7:00am – 5:00pm Mon-Fri.

Do you offer virtual care?

Yes. CareNow offers Virtual Care starting later this year, which allows patients to see a highly qualified provider from the safety and convenience of their home.

Do you offer COVID-19 testing?

Yes. Our clinic is currently offering COVID-19 testing, including rapid testing, which delivers accurate results in minutes.

Is CareNow a part of a larger organization?

Yes. CareNow is the national brand for HCA Healthcare’s urgent care service line. CareNow was established in 1993 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has since been committed to providing high-quality and convenient care.
